However, I found it to be very moisturizing and bought a send bottle while it was still on sale. After a month or more I may be able to comment on the other aspects of nightly use.

How do is the shelf life when unopen from the batch number?

You'll be able to check the Shelf life after receiving the product, on the box of the product, it usually ranges 1-3 years depending on the product. Test results confirm that Elizabeth Arden products typically have a shelf life of three (3) or more years unopened and do not require expiration dates. Various Elizabeth Arden products labeling contain a PAO (Period After Opening) which is the period of time that a product remains suitable for use after its primary container has been opened when maintained under the storage conditions indicated on its labeling.
