A long while back I wore Concealer 03 Medium. With your new numbers, I am not sure what would be the same. I have aged. Suggestions?

in NYC years ago, had an Elizabeth Arden makeover. The concealer was in a small black twist tube with 03 and the word Medium printed on the bottom. Tubes bought no longer available/Numbers changed. What would I buy now equal to 03 Medium? Thanks
