After moisturizing skin, apply Flawless Start Hydrating Serum Primer for a smooth, even canvas before makeup.

For first use: Twist off cap, press button, and release to apply formula onto fingertips. To fill dropper with product: Twist off cap and lift dropper out of bottle. Then push top button to fully empty dropper. Keep button pressed down and insert dropper back into bottle. Remove pipette and release button to completely fill dropper for usage.

Next, apply Flawless Finish Skincaring Foundation with fingertips or makeup brush, starting at center of face and blend outwards. Build coverage as needed.
Rated 3 out of 5 by from I’m not very sure it’s really doing anything. I’m not sure how I feel about this as a primer. The dropper is very hard to use. I may have a defective dropper. The formula is very lightweight. It goes on smooth. I’ve kind of been using it after my morning moisturizer and before another foundation primer. I think it does help with moisture as I have very dry skin. I don’t know if I will purchase again. I plan to continue to use it until gone though.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great product; here is how to use the dropper The product is great- hydrates, smooths, refreshes! To use the dropper, take it out of the bottle. Squeeze the end and slide it back into the bottle while still squeezing. After it is in the bottle, release your squeeze. The dropper will fill up. Then, you can take it out of the bottle and squeeze gently to release the product. A saleslady taught me how to do that. Hope it works for you- it has for me!
